Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking a Manager, Product Analytics and Experimentation to lead a scalable experimentation practice that informs product decisions and revenue growth. This role is fully remote in the United States and collaborates with Product, Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a product experimentation program end-to-end.
• Hands-on with Optimizely or similar platforms.
• Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and power analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Define and measure digital metrics tied to fan and business goals.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve the end-to-end fan experience.
• Build analytics tools and self-service resources for teams.
• Lead and execute a product experimentation program from design to recommendations.
• Monitor experiments and validate instrumentation with QA.
