Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software.
• Experience leading product portfolio strategy in high-growth environments.
• Experience scaling complex data systems or OLTP platforms (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience crafting ambitious product vision and strategy with measurable outcomes (e.g., 100M+ to 1B+ revenue).
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the market-defining evolution of our transactional data engine and maximize growth.
• Develop a product vision and strategy focused on a differentiated OLTP product offering.
• Build and drive cross-functional alignment to bring products to market and sustain growth.
• Integrate Snowflake's transactional offering into the Snowflake AI product portfolio across Cortex, Apps, and AI interfaces.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies with apps and AI platforms for Snowflake OLTP products.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate a high-performing product team across the lifecycle.
