About the Role

As the Director of Product at deepset, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI business! You will lead a cross-functional team, define product strategy, and drive the development of innovative solutions that empower businesses to build mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with deepset's overall vision.

2. Product Vision: Clearly articulate the product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, including customers, engineers, business teams, and the broader market.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.

4. Product GTM & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term goals. Ensure cross-functional GTM execution and launch planning.

5. Commercial Strategy: Work on pricing & packaging, as well as revenue growth.

6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, designers, and engineers.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution.

8. Customer Focus: Translate customer feedback into feature requirements and specifications.

9. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, drive adoption, and measure success.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Director of Product or similar role in a technology company.
2. Deep understanding of GenAI and its applications.
3. Strong technical background, including experience with machine learning and AI.
4. Excellent track record building compelling B2B Products.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to lead and inspire teams.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
