Compensation: $190,000 to $230,000 base salary plus bonus and benefits
We are a global cross-border payments platform helping businesses and consumers collect, hold, convert, and send money across markets. Each year, more than 300 million people use our currency information products, and over 350,000 customers use our platform to send money internationally.
Today, we are rebuilding the platform behind our corporate and consumer payment products. We are large enough to operate at global scale, but small enough that your decisions will have a visible impact.
What You Will Be Doing
We are hiring a Director of Product, Corporate to own our corporate product portfolio end to end. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will join the product leadership team and help set the strategic direction for the corporate business.
You will lead the products our business customers use to move money across markets, including business onboarding, multi-currency accounts and balances, collections, payouts, and banking and payment-partner integrations.
You will also lead a team of Product Managers running corporate product squads and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Partnerships.
AI is a major part of how we expect the product organization to operate. You should already use AI in your day-to-day product work and have a clear point of view on how Product teams can use it to improve decision-making, execution, and customer outcomes.
