Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of BP I experience in higher education or government.
- Master's degree and Lean SixSigma/PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Experience with Workday and enterprise systems; ability to drive digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead institution-wide initiatives to redesign and improve administrative processes.
- Develop process maps, SOPs, metrics, and automation plans; support change management.
- Serve as internal consultant to the VPFA/CFO and lead cross-functional projects and recommendations.
- Support digital transformation and institutional effectiveness initiatives across Finance & Administration.
