Job summary

AP Emission Technologies seeks a Director of Process Engineering to lead the AP Production System, owning productivity, lead time, flexibility and innovation across value streams. You will drive automation, capital investment, and equipment reliability while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Scheduling and Purchasing to deliver measurable improvements.

With strong strategic leadership, you will establish standards, build capability, and report performance through the plant

Responsibilities

• Own process engineering and manufacturing transformation strategy across all production value streams.
• Lead methods engineering, standardized work, line balance, workstation management and quick-changeover initiatives.
• Define and manage automation roadmap, capital equipment, TPM strategy and equipment reliability.
• Integrate quality into process design and provide capacity and takt planning across departments.
