Job summary

StrataTech Education Group seeks a Director of Process Excellence to lead enterprise governance, knowledge management, and continuous improvement. You will partner with leaders to strengthen process ownership, documentation, and standardized practices across the organization.

You will drive cross-functional improvement initiatives, enable automation, and build capabilities for sustainable performance. This remote role supports the company’s strategic objectives and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Organizational Effectiveness, Process Management, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in process excellence, BPM, or knowledge management.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, PMP, or comparable certification preferred.
• Proven leadership experience coaching and developing staff.
• Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Experience establishing governance, standards, and documentation practices.
• Experience developing knowledge management strategies and tools.
• Experience with process mapping, workflows, and automation.
