Job summary

Haskell seeks a Director of Process Engineering to lead the Process Engineering group (~90 professionals) delivering projects across Food, Beverage, Beer, Wine & Spirits. You’ll shape design concepts, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure technical excellence from concept to construction.

Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you will drive project strategy, ensure compliance with standards, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients and suppliers to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 15+ years of process engineering/design-build/construction experience.
• PE license strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Process Engineering group of ~90 team members on projects in Food, Beverage, Beer, Wine & Spirits.
• Lead design, project delivery, and discipline-specific processes with the Practice Area Leader.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, quality plans, and corporate procedures.
• Coordinate with Clients, Engineers, Project Managers and Contractors.
• Mentor staff and develop discipline talent with technical guidance.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
