Omnicell, Inc. is seeking an accomplished privacy and governance leader to oversee the global privacy program and advance AI governance frameworks.

This role reports to the VP, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer and partners across the enterprise to mature enterprise-wide governance capabilities. The candidate will balance regulatory requirements, customer commitments, product innovation, and commercial objectives with a risk-based approach, building scalable governance structures

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school; member in good standing of a state Bar.
• 10+ years of substantial experience in privacy advisory, enterprise governance, and technology.
• HIPAA expertise.
• CIPP/US, CIPP/E or similar designation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution and continuous improvement of Omnicell's global privacy program.
• Partner with the Chief Privacy Officer to advance privacy, AI governance, and data governance priorities.
• Collaborate with senior Legal leadership to provide a unified, consistent legal team approach.
• Lead cross-functional AI and data governance initiatives during a growth/maturation period.
• Provide practical, risk-based legal advice balancing compliance obligations, customer expectations, and business objectives.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Commercial, Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, HR, IT, and executives.
• Partner with Legal Operations to develop scalable workflows, governance processes, metrics, and tech-enabled solutions.
• Draft and negotiate privacy, data protection, and AI-related contractual commitments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability and collaboration.
