Aligned Data Centers is seeking a visionary Director for Prefabrication & Modularization to drive innovation in our data center design and construction. You will spearhead the integration of advanced prefabrication and modular solutions to enhance project quality and sustainability while reducing costs.

This role involves collaborating with diverse teams and leading initiatives to optimize our construction processes. The ideal candidate has a robust background in project management, leadership skills, and a keen understanding of the evolving PPMOF marketplace.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package along with a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $230,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data center design and construction processes.
• Ability to evaluate and build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Experience in analyzing cost-saving measures associated with PPMOF.

Responsibilities

• Champion integration of PPMOF and develop quantitative models to demonstrate ROI.
