Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction estimating or preconstruction experience.
• 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction pricing, budgeting, and estimating practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects during design and preconstruction phases.
• Ability to build relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and clients.
