Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Preconstruction to lead the estimating department on commercial and multifamily projects. You will oversee strategy, bid analysis, and client development, ensuring competitive pricing and value engineering.

Based in Hayward, CA, you will collaborate with senior leadership and field teams to manage risk, schedules, and profit goals while upholding the company’s growth and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Senior level preconstruction experience at a GC with a proven track record leading an estimating department.
• Experience with commercial or multifamily construction.
• Business development experience.
