You will set engineering standards, guide third‑party providers, and ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role focuses on strategic planning, capital projects, energy performance, and tenant service, with hands‑on work reserved for critical incidents.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in commercial property engineering or building operations.
• At least 5 years leading multi-site operations or third-party engineering providers.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, laboratory environments, and CMMS workflows.
• Travel locally across portfolio market.

Aufgaben

• Lead multi-site engineering oversight and standards.
• Coordinate with third-party engineering providers and site teams.
• Perform inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Develop training and succession planning for engineering staff.
• Support capital planning, project scopes, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee energy performance and vendor management.
• Assist with tenant coordination and due diligence for leasing.
