Responsibilities

• Work as an integral member of the team with a primary focus on the timely execution of new activity in the crypto space
• Be involved with strategy development and work with relevant departments to assess product needs
• Liaise with the compliance, legal, product and risk departments to ensure all activity meets relevant requirements
• Identify key areas of advocacy and coordinate efforts from business perspective
• Proactively involvement in evolution of market infrastructure rules by engaging with the partners/internal stakeholders
• Oversee projects from start to finish and liaise with third-parties as and when necessary
• Attend major conferences and make speeches, take interviews/podcasts if needed

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years in a business development/strategy/operational role with focus on digital assets/crypto/blockchain/NFTs with 5+ years of managerial experience
• Experience working with crypto technology, law enforcement, and with Fintech companies
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• A general knowledge of regulation
• Excellent presentation skills especially with speeches, podcasts, and interviews
