Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) seeks a hands-on, data-driven technical leader to manage a team of engineers and managers focused on SRE, observability, and cloud platform engineering within a large, regulated cloud environment.

You will mentor and coaching staff, drive reliability improvements, and coordinate with SRE/monitoring and architecture teams while navigating CIS/NIST compliance needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in software engineering or platform engineering.
• Experience with SRE, observability, cloud platforms, and large-scale AWS environments.
• Strong ability to mentor and develop engineers and managers.
