Job summary

Ocrolus, a fintech AI innovator, seeks a Director of Product - Platform to own the document intelligence infrastructure, API surface, and model orchestration. You’ll shape the platform strategy that unifies multiple business units and scales without bespoke solutions.

You’ll lead a team of platform PMs, partner with engineering, and translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into durable product features, balancing velocity with reliability in production systems.

Qualifications

• Experience owning platform or developer-facing products.
• Technical background to read architecture diagrams and discuss system design.
• Deep AI fluency with opinions on model architectures and tooling.
• Proven track record building/ scaling AI-powered platforms in production.
• Hands-on builder who prototypes and tests ideas.
• Experience at growth-stage fintech or data infrastructure companies.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and PM mentoring.
• Experience in document intelligence or related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy and roadmap for document intelligence infrastructure.
• Define API and developer experience across internal and external teams.
• Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle and model orchestration improvements.
• Collaborate with SMB and Mortgage verticals to align platform needs.
• Drive decision-making on architecture, capacity, and build-vs-buy.
• Build and manage a platform PM team with measurable SLAs.
