Job summary

Plantible Foods is seeking a Director of Capital Projects to oversee the execution of scalable facility builds from FEL through startup. The role requires coordinating engineering, operations, development, finance, and external partners to deliver safe, cost-effective, and compliant facilities.

You will own budgets, schedules, and governance, driving early risk mitigation and clear leadership decisions. Expect significant time on-site at project locations and a strong focus on safety and quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering industrial capital projects with increasing ownership and leadership responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and execution strategy for major capital projects.
• Lead interfaces between process, mechanical, civil, electrical, controls, and site infrastructure.
• Oversee construction execution and drive resolution of RFIs and changes.
• Own transition from construction through commissioning and startup; handoff to Operations.
