Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in urban or regional planning, architecture, public administration or related field.
• 7 years of increasingly responsible administrative experience in planning, community development, building and safety or related field, including 4 years in management/supervision.
• AICP certification is desirable; bilingual ability is desirable.
