Job summary

JPS Health Network through Acclaim Administrative Services in Fort Worth seeks a Director of Physician Recruitment to lead nationwide physician recruitment and workforce strategies, ensuring access, quality, and patient-centered care for Tarrant County.

The role partners with executive leadership and residency programs to build a sustainable physician workforce, oversees end-to-end recruitment for physicians and APPs, and mentors a team of recruiters and coordinators while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of physician recruitment, provider relations, or healthcare talent acquisition.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a network-wide physician recruitment strategy.
• Leads workforce planning with service lines, finance and medical staff services.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs; sourcing, interviewing, contracting, onboarding.
• Maintains candidate experience from first contact through post hire follow up.
• Maintains recruitment dashboards, metrics, and market intelligence.
