Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Director of Client Coding Integrations to lead physician coding integration initiatives for new and existing healthcare clients. You will partner across Coding Operations, Revenue Cycle, Client Services, Technology, and leadership to ensure seamless transitions and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee post‑integration readiness, coding quality, and performance metrics while guiding process improvements and client success across multi‑sites and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare coding, physician billing, revenue cycle, or health information management.
• 3+ years of leadership, consulting, project management, or implementation experience.
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, E/M coding and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting physician practice operations, professional coding programs, or multispecialty physician groups.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, regulatory requirements, and payer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead coding integration activities for physician billing clients during onboarding, acquisitions, conversions, and transitions.
• Serve as the primary coding subject matter expert during implementation and transition efforts.
• Assess existing coding workflows, policies, and processes to identify opportunities for standardization.
• Partner with operational leaders to develop post‑integration action plans focusing on quality and financial performance.
• Support training, communication, workflow design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor coding quality, audits, and performance metrics; support corrective action plans.
