Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Two years supervisory experience in health care setting preferred.
• Must be graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Must have current state PT license and BLS certification; valid driver’s license and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Physical Therapy Department.
• Ensure the department meets patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide oversight for staff development, policy updates, and budgeting.
• Manage PT inventory, billing, and documentation to ensure Medicare compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and other departments to optimize patient care.
