Job summary

OneQuest Health seeks a dynamic Director of Philanthropy to implement a comprehensive fund development plan, managing major gifts and donor relations across a broad portfolio.

The role partners with the CEO and fundraising consultants to meet a $4 million annual goal, including $825,000 from individual giving. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in fundraising and a collaborative, action‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with major gifts and annual giving.
• Fundraising experience in healthcare or human service preferred.
• Proficiency with donor management systems (Raiser's Edge NXT preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fund Development Plan implementation across all fundraising functions.
• Manage a portfolio of 100–125 major gift and leadership donors and prospects.
• Coordinate donor meetings, proposals, and stewardship activities.
• Collaborate with CEO, Board, and consultants on strategy and execution.
• Maintain donor records and reporting accuracy in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Foster corporate & community partnerships and plan donor stewardship events.
