Job summary

Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes is seeking a Nursing Director to lead SPA, PACU, PAT, Endoscopy, and Interventional Radiology. The role requires progressive leadership in perioperative services and at least 3 years of recent clinical experience.

Successful candidates will be credible with physicians and frontline teams, and capable of developing people while aligning staffing with patient throughput goals. BSN is required; MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in perioperative, procedural, or related acute care services.
• 3 years recent clinical experience.
• Experience improving flow and throughput, not just maintaining it.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership and direct supervision of assigned staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health-care teams to ensure quality care.
• Drive recruitment, orientation, and staff development.
• Ensure implementation of evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety.
