Qualifications

• DDS / DMD from a US/Canadian dental school recognized by the ADA CODA.
• Eligibility for dental licensure in Wisconsin.
• Completion of CODA-accredited Periodontics residency.
• ABP certification or board eligibility with certification timeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, direction, and accountability for the postgraduate periodontics program.
• Ensure strength, quality, and sustainability of the residency program.
• Oversee faculty assignments, mentoring, evaluation, recruitment, and development.
• Manage resources including budgeting, staffing, equipment, and planning.
• Foster collaborative, inclusive, high-performing culture among faculty, residents, staff.
• Lead curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation readiness with CODA.
