Competenze

• Minimum 3 years clinical background in perianesthesia
• Minimum 3 years hospital management in tertiary care
• Experience in a union environment preferred
• Knowledge of Title 22, Title 24 and JCAHO
• Knowledge of budgeting principles
• Knowledge of quality and performance improvement (LEAN preferred)
• 3-5 years nursing management experience in the area
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to emergencies

Mansioni

• Provide general oversight and 24-hour responsibility for four Peri-Anesthesia locations and Interventional Radiology/Special Procedures.
• Serve as the point of contact for physicians, unit managers and administration.
• Ensure goals and objectives are achieved through management system processes.
• Manage fiscal resources and participate in budgeting and financial planning.
• Lead human and material resources and coordinate care delivery.
• Collaborate with other leaders to redesign care delivery within the organization.
