DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE, ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Join TouchPoint Support Services as the Director of Performance Excellence, Environmental Services.

Salary: $120,000-140,000 per year
Other Compensation: 20% bonus eligibility

Reports To: SVP, Strategic, Analytics, & Performance Excellence

Schedule: Full-time; approximately 50-60% travel. Remote position, ideally based in Indianapolis, Detroit, Chicago, or Milwaukee.

TouchPoint Support Services, established in 2011 with over 14,000 team members nationwide, specializes in healthcare support services including housekeeping, laundry management, patient transportation, and food services. We are seeking a strategic leader to drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and innovative initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to shape organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operationalize Technology: Lead deployment and training of technology platforms like TaskUp and ClearVue to meet operational and financial goals.
2. Performance Excellence: Develop and scale best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
3. EVS Scope of Work: Manage and optimize the EVS Service Level Staffing Model, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
4. Business Analysis & Leadership: Collaborate with leadership on strategic discussions, data analysis, and cross-functional alignment.
5. Data Product Adoption: Drive the organization-wide adoption of operational and financial data solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Finance, or related; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in operational leadership with a focus on strategic financial initiatives.
• Proven experience with operational technology, process development, and cross-department collaboration.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
