This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in environments where the work is still being defined and you are expected to build, not just maintain.
The Role
This role sits at a rare intersection: a fast-moving, brand-led business with the operational complexity of a scaling consumer goods company. You will partner with senior leadership across commercial, supply chain, R&D, and operations, earning trust from corporate teams to frontline employees.
You will own the full people strategy for the consumer business, building where there is nothing, adapting where the fit is not right, and holding the line on people standards when the business is moving fast.
