Onward Search seeks a Director, Payroll Support to lead payroll technology applications and ensure operational excellence for a temporary team. This 10–26 week assignment focuses on reliability, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end payroll processes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in payroll systems, HRIS, or related enterprise apps, with leadership experience, API/SQL skills, and vendor management. Familiarity with U.S.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in payroll systems, HRIS, or related enterprise applications with leadership responsibility.
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and implementing payroll/workforce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of hours-to-gross, gross-to-net, and US/Canada payroll rules.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing vendor relationships with APIs, SQL, and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preference for Infor WFM/UKG Payroll/Workday/SAP.
