Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressive payroll leadership in a large organization.
• Experience leading payroll operations and high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll and/or Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Experience partnering with HRIS, IT, and Finance on payroll optimization.
• Strong multi-state payroll leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day and strategic payroll operations across multiple states.
• Act as payroll SME, partnering with HRIS, IT, and Finance to optimize systems.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and compliance in payroll.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the payroll team.
