Job summary

Advantage Point Solutions (APS), part of The Lockwood Group, seeks a Clinical Director with deep payer landscape expertise to guide drug information and pharmacotherapy strategies for clients across Commercial and Medicare markets.

You will lead research, develop materials, and participate in client engagements, supporting payers and manufacturers with formulary and coverage insights.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or equivalent e.g., BS pharmacy with advanced degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate/moderate payer advisory boards and panels.
• Experience with payer organizations and PBM regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert opinions on clinical value of drugs to payers and how they will be perceived by payers.
• Support drug information across therapeutic areas including orphan and non-orphan states.
• Conduct payer research to understand payer lines of business and coverage management.
• Prepare client-facing materials describing commercial viability, competition and payer coverage.”
• Plan and moderate payer advisory boards, in-person or virtual.
• Review and improve client value proposition presentations for payer needs.
• Interact with current and prospective clients to demonstrate deep drug and therapy knowledge.
