Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of patient safety programs and SRS.
• Lead RCAs, risk identification, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety with Just Culture and HRO principles.
• Align quality initiatives with regulatory requirements and organizational strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to sustain improvements.
