Qualifications

• 8+ years of comprehensive leadership within the U.S. women’s soccer ecosystem.
• Background and experience in coaching and/or coach education and development.
• Existing network relationships across U.S. Soccer and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 'Pathway to Pro' for prospective players and coaches.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance player and coaching talent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve talent pathways.
