Job summary

Perry Weather is seeking a Senior Partnerships Leader to drive two core motions: marketing partnerships with associations and the commercialization of integrations with partner ecosystems. You will collaborate daily with Sales, Marketing, and Product to convert relationships into measurable revenue.

This is a growth-focused role in a fast-expanding weather safety tech company. You’ll own deal structures, negotiate terms, and travel ~20% to conferences and partner events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships or business development, ideally in B2B SaaS selling into education, government, sports, golf, or construction.
• Built a partner program from scratch, not just managed an existing one.
• Commercially sharp: you structure deals and negotiate terms.

Responsibilities

• Own two partnership motions: marketing partnerships with associations and governing bodies, and integration partner commercialization.
• Activate partner sales teams with GTM assets and playbooks to generate revenue.
• Turn partnerships into distribution through co-branded campaigns and joint research.
• Identify future integrations that open doors in Education, Construction, and Golf.
• Collaborate with the Senior PM to establish commercial agreements for integrations.
