You'll engage with leading clients in construction, visit sites, and manage a robust pipeline while collaborating across teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience selling into the construction industry.
• Track record of closing net-new business with complex customers.
• Willingness to travel ~40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across general contractors and construction customers.
• Develop territory plans focusing on high-risk, high-value projects.
• Visit job sites to build rapport with supers and project managers.
• Build relationships with regional leadership and safety directors at top firms.
• Manage a pipeline of new business while growing existing accounts.
• Represent Perry Weather at industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with marketing on territory campaigns and share field feedback with product teams.
