Job description

Our client is a 40+ year old outlet shopping center developer based on the east coast. They have an immediate need for a Senior Leasing Director to lease in-line, small space retail. As SDL, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive the leasing of space within our client's portfolio of outlet centers across the U.S. and Canada. You will focus on cultivating and managing relationships with top national retailers, leading leasing efforts across multiple assets, and overseeing new development leasing. Your role will be key in identifying and pursuing business opportunities with strategically targeted retailers, contributing to our client's growth and success in the retail sector. This is a remote role but the position will be based in the Central and/or East Coast of the USA.
