Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Optical Engineers across multiple programs.
• Lead complex system projects and approve designs during reviews.
• Define experiments and data needed to support evaluations and decisions.
• Troubleshoot high-complexity physics and system issues in lab and field.
• Interact with senior managers across functions and customers.
• Guide vendors and external collaborations on subsystems and components.
• Mentor less experienced physicists/scientists and drive new tech exploration.
