The HR SOURCE seeks a Director of Operations to serve as the operational backbone of a mission-driven nonprofit in the United States. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role builds a technology-forward infrastructure to enable scalable impact, aligning finance, HR, legal compliance, and administration with strategic goals.

This leadership role emphasizes proactive evaluation of tools and processes, reducing manual work and enabling data-informed decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy and drive operational efficiency.
• Audit tools, platforms, and workflows; identify gaps and streamlining opportunities.
• Oversee SOPs and data-informed reporting for leadership access.
• Coordinate payroll with external bookkeeper and ensure accuracy.
• Manage HR programs, benefits, onboarding, and compliance.
• Support board operations and provide governance documentation.
• Oversee vendor management and IT governance; ensure renewals and security.
