Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of finance and administration experience.

• Ability to manage vendor relationships and navigate governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Represent MGHPCC in Board of Directors meetings and committees.
• Manage the finance team and develop budget forecasting, control, and reporting.
• Develop and evolve business processes and grant management practices.
• Oversee contract management and vendor relationships; ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide timely, transparent reporting to stakeholders and auditors.
• Specific deliverables for the finance team include invoicing reviews, budget forecasting, and expense tracking.
