Job summary

DISA Tech seeks a Director of Operations to lead site and operational execution in Casper, WY. Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior on-site leader for the Casper campus and oversee the Westminster, CO facility.
• Own operational budget and performance responsibilities.
• Lead facility operations, including safety, compliance, security, maintenance, and 5S standards.
• Directly manage Supply Chain, Production, Operations Technicians, Project Management, and Health & Safety teams.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead regular operational reviews to track performance and resolve risks.
• Manage Engineering-to-Operations handoff including BOMs and drawings.
• Maintain visibility into production schedule and flag risks early.
• Coordinate with DISA Uranium on unit orders, shakedowns, and repairs.
• Manage spare parts, repair turnaround, and field service logistics.
• Establish and enforce project execution and controls practices.
• Maintain integrated capacity plans across labor, suppliers, and backlog.
• Own supplier quality, inspection, non-conformance, and corrective actions.
• Oversee handoff between Engineering and Operations; feed design-for-manufacturability feedback.
• Coordinate with BD/Sales on delivery timelines and commitments.
• Host tours for investors and customers; travel to client sites as needed.
• Provide weekly KPI reporting to leadership (throughput, on-time delivery, safety, headcount).
• Own vendor relationships and procurement strategy for production materials.
• Manage inventory levels and lead-time risk; negotiate contracts/pricing.
