CareSource in Dayton, OH seeks a Director of Operations Regulatory and Accuracy Assurance Oversight to lead regulatory, compliance, and accuracy assurance activities for Operations. You will coordinate with enterprise regulators, audits, and partners to evaluate outcomes, expand automated controls, and improve governance and monitoring.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 5 years of healthcare operations experience including leadership.
• Experience leading accuracy assurance, audit, or testing activities.

• Coordinate with Compliance, Regulatory, Legal and Audit leaders.
• Develop automated auditing capabilities and governance.
