Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Director of Operations for our Baltimore, MD site. You will lead a multi-disciplinary operations organization in a highly regulated IVD development and manufacturing environment, partnering with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Commercial and Corporate functions to ensure high-quality products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 5+ years leading managers and multi-functional teams in regulated industries.
• 5+ years supporting regulatory inspections and compliance activities.
• 5+ years with new product introduction, technology transfer, process validation, and commercial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a multi-functional operations organization including manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, facilities, business operations, and EHS.
• Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead manufacturing operations in a regulated environment with FDA, ISO 13485, and cGMP compliance.
• Drive performance with metrics related to safety, quality, service, inventory, productivity and cost.
