Job summary

Continental, a leading technology company, is seeking an Operations Performance Leader to strengthen plant network performance. The role monitors KPIs, coordinates reviews, and drives cross-plant improvement with a focus on governance, benchmarking, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in manufacturing and operations, a strong background in performance management, and business-fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, or Operational Excellence are preferred.
• 8–10 years of manufacturing and operations experience with strong background in performance, KPI management, productivity, quality, delivery, and cost optimization across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standardized KPI, reporting, and performance review processes across IAM Operations for transparent, fact-based decision-making.
• Drive governance and follow-up for Autonomous, Improvement, and Critical/Turnaround Plants with timely execution of actions.
• Assess plant performance and risk, recommend classifications, and manage reclassification based on criteria and evolution.
• Lead cross-plant benchmarking and best-practice deployment to drive operational excellence and measurable improvements.
• Coordinate improvement priorities across IAM plants, product networks, and functions with SMEs to address business needs.
• Lead structured recovery programs for Critical/Turnaround Plants, achieving defined performance and sustainability targets.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to IAM Operations leadership on priorities, resource allocation, and network optimization.
• Lead the IAM Operations Performance Office and develop team capability to deliver strategic improvements.
