The business is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Director of Operations to help professionalize, scale and optimize operations in partnership with the senior leadership team.

The Director of Operations will ensure the firm operates efficiently, profitably and with a consistently high level of service. The position requires a hands‑on leader with previous experience working with an outsourced accounting or legal services firm to manage people, processes, systems and performance while enabling scalable growth.
