Job summary

Miller Creek is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee Maintenance, Enhancements, Design Build, Snow Removal and Fleet, providing executive leadership to ensure safety, profitability, and growth.

This role builds high-performing leaders, drives operational excellence, and scales processes across divisions. Starting salary is $85,000 with benefits including health and dental insurance, paid training, 401(k) with up to 4% match, vacation, and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in landscape, construction, snow, or related operational leadership.
• 5+ years of multi-division management experience.
• Proven experience leading leaders (managing managers).
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Experience hiring and developing management-level employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational divisions of Miller Creek (Maintenance, Enhancements, Design Build, Snow Removal, Fleet).
• Provide executive leadership, ensuring safety, profitability, and growth.
• Build and maintain high-performing leadership teams and drive internal advancement.
• Drive operational excellence, scale processes, and ensure company standards are met.
