Job summary

Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Operations Manager in Duluth, MN. This role involves overseeing landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, and snow management operations in beautiful outdoor settings.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in lawn care operations and 3+ years in management. You'll lead teams, ensure client service, and manage budgets while working a full-time schedule of 40+ hours a week. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lawn care or property maintenance operations.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, irrigation, and snow removal.

• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage maintenance crews across all service areas.
• Plan and coordinate daily/seasonal schedules, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and DOT compliance.
• Serve as primary client contact; conduct site visits as needed.
• Support contract renewals, change orders, and growth opportunities.
• Monitor field operations and implement process improvements.
• Oversee snow and ice management operations during winter.

• Maintain an active field presence and lead by example.

Job Details

• Type: Full-time (Seasonal) | 40+ hours/week
• Pay: $26–$35/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–12 hour day shifts
