Flex is seeking a Director, Operations in Libertyville, Illinois to lead a highly technical, regulated manufacturing site serving Medical Device and other regulated industries. Reporting to the General Manager, the role drives Lean transformation, builds high-performing teams, and ensures customer commitments, quality, and financial objectives are met.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, experience with Lean, P&L ownership, and a proven ability to manage complex sites

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in large manufacturing organizations.
• Experience in Medical Device or other regulated environments preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen.

Aufgaben

• Guarantee production and customer deliveries on time and within specs.
• Define and achieve operational financial goals and profitability targets.
• Lead staffing and full P&L management for the site.
• Set and communicate Business Unit goals and performance expectations.
• Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across value streams.
• Oversee Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR.
