Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape is hiring a Director of Operations to oversee all divisions and provide executive leadership in Minnesota. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and profitability while developing leaders and scaling capacity across Maintenance, Enhancements, Design Build, Snow Removal, and Fleet.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in landscape, construction, snow, or related operational leadership.
• Proven experience leading leaders (managing managers).
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Ability to build systems, improve processes, and scale operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and accountability skills.
• Solid understanding of fleet, production scheduling, labor efficiency, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational divisions of Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape (Maintenance, Enhancements, Design Build, Snow Removal, Fleet).
• Provide executive-level leadership and drive operational excellence, safety, profitability, and growth.
• Develop leadership teams, foster internal advancement, and ensure company capacity is maximized.
