Job summary

Sevita is seeking an Operations Management Area Director to lead staff at the program site and ensure high-quality services for adults supported. You will direct operations, oversee financial performance, and ensure billing compliance.

You will implement growth strategies to increase census and utilization, foster relationships with case managers, referral sources, and local officials, and collaborate with guardians and families to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of related management experience in human services.
• Master's degree in Human Services or as required by state.
• Licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, and supervision of staff to carry out operations and ensure quality services.
• Oversee financial performance, review financial statements, oversee purchasing, and ensure billing compliance.
• Implement area core growth strategy to increase census, maximize utilization and occupancy, and assist with new start development.
• Maintain and foster relations with case managers and referral agents; build relationships with local legislators and government officials.
• Implement area strategies to maintain and foster relations with individuals served, mentors, families, and guardians.
