Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a dynamic Director of Operations to lead the division's operational strategy, P&L oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. The role drives back-office accountability and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable growth across clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of general/leadership experience in an operations environment including P&L responsibility (budgeting, forecasting, etc.)
• Experience managing 10+ direct reports
• Experience working with major retail chains, and/or consumer packaged goods industry
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Research, validation and optimization of operations data from due diligence during M&A, creation of business development materials
• Harness operational capabilities to drive programs and processes while maintaining budget discipline; establish asset management within teams
• Build processes and infrastructure to enable scalable, measurable and profitable growth
• Capture and manage data for forecasting, financials, retention, revenue per employee, YOY financials, and customer satisfaction
• Make adjustments and optimize service quality to maximize one-to-one consumer interactions
• Direct and indirect reporting relationships and travel considerations are managed per company policy
