TAPCO is seeking a Production Lead II to drive daily performance, lead a team, and coordinate with Production leadership in Brown Deer, WI. The role focuses on staffing, workflow optimization, safety, and continuous improvement while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic control systems and use ERP for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and leadership to Production team members.
• Monitor productivity, schedule work, and improve procedures for efficiency.
• Coordinate priorities with Production leadership and ensure safety compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and promote a positive team culture.
• Conduct regular audits of 5S, quality, safety and production processes.
